Tall Stainless steel laboratory pegboards are manufactured from 20 gauge type 304 stainless steel, polished to a #4 finish. Available in 24″ and 30″ wide, and 30″ tall.
The easy-to maintain material will not corrode or stain and is autoclavable. Stainless Steel Pegboards can be installed on walls, uprights and columns to provide a vertical drainage/drying space for lab glassware such as test tubes, beakers or bottles. Laboratory drying racks support glassware with specially designed “no twist” 2-prong polypropylene pegs set at a 30° angle for maximum support.
Each Pegboard includes:
- White polypropylene pegs included (32 or 50 depending on size selection)
- Stainless Steel integral drip trough (2” Deep Standard)
- 3 ft of clear plastic drain tubing
- Wall mount rear bracket
The Victoria or “V” pegboard is constructed of lightweight stainless steel, offered in a range of sizes and variety of mounting options. Along the bottom is a drip trough that funnels water away to a drain, allowing equipment to dry quickly and remain sanitized. Each “V” style pegboard includes an integral drip trough, wall bracket, standard 6″ white pegs and 3 ft. of clear plastic drain hose.
The “B” Baron is also made of lightweight stainless steel. It is offered in three sizes and a variety of mounting options. A drip deflector at the bottom diverts water away from walls and directs it to a sink or drain. Each “B” style pegboard includes a wall bracket and standard 6″ white pegs.
Our stainless-steel drying racks are made with a type 304 stainless steel, with a number 4, b-brushed finish and are guaranteed for a five-year period from the date of receipt. All of our stainless steel products should be received in a shiny and new condition. To maintain that new appearance, we recommend using a stainless-steel cleaner and polish.
Typical installations should take approximately 20 minutes and all racks are provided with a wall mount bracket that is clearly labeled as well as a stabilizer bracket that should be found in the bag with the pegs. An instructional sheet is also supplied to assist you in your installation process.
